Who we are

This website belongs to Green Plot, a garden maintenance and design company in the Paphos district, Cyprus. We are responsible for the personal details you give us. Contact: +357 97 818 591 (phone and WhatsApp) or [email protected].

The quotation form

The form does not save or send your details anywhere. When you press Send on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens on your device with a message containing what you typed (name, phone, area, services, size and note). Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. From then on, the message is delivered by WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta), under its own privacy policy.

How we use your details

We use the details you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email only to answer you, prepare your quotation, arrange and carry out the work, and for our accounting obligations. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing, and we do not send you advertising messages.

We keep them for as long as we need them for your quotation and the work, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, for invoices).

Cookies and statistics

The website sets no cookies of its own. If you press Accept on the cookie banner, it loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept for up to 2 years) to count visits: the pages you open, roughly where you are (city or country), your device and browser, how you reached the site, and whether you tap to call, WhatsApp or email us. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we keep this data for up to 14 months. It only shows us totals, never who you are.

If you press No thanks, nothing is loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser (not in a cookie), and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent deletes the analytics cookies.

Hosting and security

The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like every web host, it handles technical details such as your IP address and browser in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The site loads no other outside services: fonts, photos and videos are all served from our own address. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, to limit how we use them, or to give you a copy, and you can object to their use or withdraw your consent at any time. Just call, WhatsApp or email us at [email protected]. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
